Eligibility Criteria:
1) Identify as African American or Black
2) Enrolled in an institution of higher learning
3) 18 years old or older
Incentive / Compensation:
Interview participants will receive a $25 gift card for successful completion of a 30- to 45-minute interview.

STUDY PURPOSE
This qualitative study focuses on capturing a better understanding of the African American college student, including their perceptions of behavioral health and related careers.
The study documents future recommendations of African American students regarding how stronger behavioral health career connections can be made on their local campus. There will be a 30-45 minute recorded virtual interview and a follow-up email communication to verify study themes 2-3 months post-interview.
There is the possibility of discomfort while discussing stress and past experiences. There are no direct benefits for participating, but you will be helping us with our research.
